Boston phonebooth

Bruno Vermeersch designed the Boston phone booth for Palau. The phone booth offers various possibilities. It is an enclosed space within an open-plan office: for phone calls, reading, some extra focus or just to get some work done. The phone booth is a stand-alone unit or can be combined as a pair or with multiple phone booths in a row. The basic setup with a desk can be expanded with an extension to the side, an extended desk, a whiteboard or a cabinet. Even wall seats can be integrated.

A wide range of materials can be applied to personalise the Boston, varying from upholstered acoustic panels, glass, wood, HPL panels and all kinds of netted boxes. The Boston comes with ventilation integrated into the ceiling.
